Brand question: Why did moderate Jewish people support the relatively unknown, politically junior, radical leftist Barack Obama?
Because of a brand endorsement by Chuck Schumer, a trusted Jewish senator who put himself out there as “Shomer Yisrael” (Guardian of Israel).
This is the same logic used to promote Volodomyr Zelensky: A fellow Jew cannot be a bad person.
Branding is a manipulative marketing tool, though. People across the political spectrum must use discernment and be especially careful about appeals that bring religion into the mix.
We must be ever vigilant and oppose evil, regardless of the source.
Remember how Obama held Seder at the White House then used State Department funds to interfere in the Israeli election against Netanyahu.
Remember how he hired an official publicly quoted as calling Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu a “chickens—t.”
Remember Obama shadowing Trump and trash-talking him repeatedly.
Remember this email exchange – of course “fact-checked” and buried to minimize how glaringly obvious it is that the writers are speaking in some sort of sexual code.
