If you define the problem as racism against Black people only, then you have to live with a mythical solution called “equity.” In real life, the result is that anyone who refuses to follow along with this narrative is defined as a racist. That means they can get fired, deplatformed, debanked, and hypothetically even prosecuted if a law meant to protect the vulnerable is used as a weapon.
This same concept applies to institutionalized bias regarding the solution to misogyny, antisemitism, and so on.
You cannot program society, you cannot program people, you cannot achieve results by computer algorithms, no matter how well intentioned you are.
You can work as a human being with other human beings on a journey of listening, understanding, and shared accountability.
