
Make hot water and add a red tea bag (like a raspberry or fruit tea) along with a green tea bag. Let it cool off and pour it into a water container. Chill in the fridge. No sugar. Good for you.

Get a divided plate. Put the vegetables on half the plate. Protein on 1/4. (Tuna: add mayo and a lot of chopped celery, salt and pepper.) Then your carb on the other 1/4.

Plan first, make the salad later. Adjust the salad based on feedback and the desired results. Automate the salad making process to get it done quicker and more easily. Replace salad with fresh juice for those who don’t like the texture of vegetables. (Lessons in personal life apply 💯 to work.)
