Specific allegations made by Ronald Angell regarding Tara Lynn/Evette Potter (“Terra Potter”):

1. Tara Evette Potter was born around 1959 at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.
2. She was one of five identical siblings (multiples).
3. Two of the five (Tara and one identical sister) were born conjoined.
4. A physician calling himself “Dr. Green” (allegedly Josef Mengele in disguise) offered to surgically separate the conjoined twins.
5. Tara’s parents handed the two conjoined infants over to Dr. Green/Josef Mengele.
6. Dr. Green took the infants to a mansion in Roswell, Georgia, located behind the birthplace home of Franklin D. Roosevelt.
7. Dr. Green had a private surgery room in that mansion and successfully separated the twins.
8. He falsely told the parents that both infants died during surgery.
9. Tara actually survived and was kept by Josef Mengele.
10. She was tortured by Josef Mengele beginning in infancy.
11. Her earliest memories were so horrific that Ronald Angell refuses to describe them in writing.
12. She was subjected to trauma-based mind-control programming along with other children.
13. Mengele employed a “giant” thug who would deliberately dislocate children’s joints in front of the others until they passed out as a terror tactic.
14. All of these children, including Tara, were brought into CIA programs.
15. They were forced to perform “very horrible things.”
16. Tara was specifically used as a “placeholder” or impostor to replace members of targeted World War II-era military families.
17. These replacement operations frequently occurred in Virginia and Maryland.
18. Complete false identities were created and inserted for the impostors in place of the original homeowners/residents.
19. Tara Evette Potter (“Terra Potter”) testified before the U.S. Congress at the 1975–1976 Church Committee hearings about CIA misdeeds.
