President Trump issued three messages in succession this morning on Truth Social. As usual, he seemed to be communicating on two levels at once. I believe I understand some of it. Other parts remain obscure and I welcome any comments.

First, on the date 1/13:

• 1/13 can be read as 11.3. The Department of Defense (DoD, now Department of War) Law of War Manual, Section 11.3 is titled “End of Occupation.” This section outlines the legal conditions under which a state of belligerent occupation is considered to have ended. The central premise of the Trump presidency, and the Q messages, is that the United States is living under occupation and that the President’s efforts are aimed at freeing us from that state.
• 1/13 also mirrors the Military Order of November 13, 2001 (11/13), which authorized military commissions for non-citizens—a document often cited in discussions about “tribunals.”
• 1/3 (2020) was the date the U.S. assassinated Iranian Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani.

Notice a few things in this post:

• Grammatical error: The word “Countries” is capitalized.
• Typo: “Open Border’s”
• Grammatical error: “Criminals” is capitalized in the middle of a sentence.
• If you include Chicago, there are three capital “C’s” in this post – CCC.
• Emphasis on “19 Billion Dollars” (and the amount of money is spelled out and grammatically incorrect)

I don’t know what the above mean, but the below phrase is directly in the Q drops, all capitalized.

• “DAY OF RECKONING & RETRIBUTION”

The phrase “DAY OF RECKONING” appears in all caps in Q post #790 (2/18/2018), which seemingly has to do with another topic.

However, if you look at the post closely, a connection becomes clear. It means:

1. Edward Snowden is not in Russia, and is a “liability” to whoever was protecting him.
2. Snowden is helping Twitter (via Jack Dorsey) in some way.
3. “Project DeepDream” is ES (likely Eric Schmidt’s) AI program meant for mass psychological manipulation. The post implies that Schmidt failed.
4. John Perry Barlow was an Internet freedom pioneer.
5. The overall implication is that the era of public manipulation (such as we are seeing in Minnesota) is coming to an end.
6. The mention of John 3:16 (“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life”) suggests that believers will withstand the trauma of watching the old way (some call it “the matrix,”) and all of its illusions, collapsing.

Post #2 – 1/13/2026, 9:28 a.m.

“JUST OUT: Great (LOW!) Inflation numbers for the USA. That means that Jerome ‘Too Late’ Powell should cut interest rates, MEANINGFULLY!!! If he doesn’t he will just continue to be, ‘TOO LATE!’ ALSO OUT, GREAT GROWTH NUMBERS. Thank you MISTER TARIFF! President DJT”

What stands out:

• The phrase “TOO LATE” is capitalized and repeated twice. The second time, it’s followed by the words “ALSO OUT.” This appears to be a direct warning to Powell.
• The word “Mr.” is spelled out as “Mister.” “Mister Tariff” is a shout-out to President William McKinley, whom Trump frequently cites as his protectionist idol. McKinley was the last “Tariff King” before the creation of the Federal Reserve.

“Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING – TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!! Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have cancelled all meetings with Iranian Officials until the senseless killing of protesters STOPS. HELP IS ON ITS WAY. MIGA!!! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP”

A few things stand out here:

• “Save the names of the killers and the abusers.” That just seems like an odd thing to say.
• “They will pay a big price.” – President Trump said this on 12/31/2019, just before the U.S. assassinated Iran’s Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani on 1/3/2020.
• “Officials” is capitalized when it should be lowercased.
• “HELP IS ON ITS WAY” isn’t a direct match for any Q statements, but it’s close (“Help will be provided.” This appears in drop #2588 and #2620.)
• “MIGA” for “Make Iran Great Again” appears in drop #3002, on a sign. A man is holding it up to the camera. It says “#Restart MIGA” then on the next line “MIGA + MAGA” and then on the last line “#QANON [heart].”
