My name is John McGreevy, I’m running for U.S. Senate in Maryland. I’d like to tell a short story. Perry, you’re going to hear a lot of candidates and elected officials tell you that they support law enforcement in the military.

When their record clearly doesn’t. You’ll hear a lot of candidates say that they support law enforcement in the military. All of a sudden, because they want to be elected.

I’m going to give you an example of how I’ve supported law enforcement in the military my whole life. When I was a kid, and you’re going back well over 40 years now, I learned that blunt force trauma killed a lot of officers injured them as well. A ballistic vest will stop a bullet, but you’re still getting hit very hard.

That is the blunt force trauma. It calls internal bleeding. That caused more injuries.

So I developed a ballistic vest that would negate most of the blunt force trauma. Cut it down by at least 90%. I did not try to patent it or sell it.

I took my designs and I wrote up explanations, hand-wrote them, and I went to a local gun show where there was a large law enforcement presence. And I explained it to all of them. I didn’t want to sell it.

I wanted to give it to them so they could have it made and save lives, protect officers. I was hoping the military would use it as well. I talked to one after another, and because I was so young, they just blew me off.

I got one that would listen, and I was so persistent that they actually sat me down and listened, and at the end they still didn’t believe me. But he gave me a PR24 prosecutor. That was the town for like baton that the police used to use.

It wasn’t even on the market yet, and it was one of the early ones. It was a two-piece model. The handle is separate.

You would tighten it up with a square screw. The idea was you’d put a square piece of metal in there and use your partner’s town for to tighten it up. I’m sure people are familiar with them in law enforcement.

Remember the early ones. Period. Well, I took it home and I had a lot of martial arts training.

I knew how to use a tonfo, and the thing was huge. And of course I was young. It was heavy.

Your hand got hot. It wasn’t very effective. So I designed an expandable baton, a two-piece, and then a three-piece.

I actually used pieces of a shock absorber from a car for the additional ones. I took them back the next year, and those disappeared. Years later, the Asp came out.

You know, expandable batons. Great to help people. I wasn’t there for money.

I wanted to help law enforcement to help the military. Period. The soft army design is still viable.

We could do it today to help people. And I want to. Period.

But you’re going to hear a lot of people say they support law enforcement, support military. And I’ve been trying to save law enforcement and military lives my whole life. Growing up in a military law enforcement family, of course you will.

I had exposure to it. But other people will say they do where I have the background for it. And I will continue to do so if you hire me to represent you if I’m elected.

Thank you very much. This is your first official podcast. I hope there’s more coming.

Citation #2: “Here is Jon’s official statement regarding the false charges brought upon him by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.” Telegram, July 18, 2022. https://t.me/johnstillheretohelp/41. Statement accompanying an audio recording by Dr. Jon McGreevy concerning his July 15, 2022 arrest in Harford County on charges of making a false statement to an officer and to a state official regarding alleged child trafficking activity (case tracking no. 226344006501). Recording title: Recording 14.

Transcript Follows:

00:01

It is July 18th, 2022. My name is John McGreevey. I am a candidate for U.S. Senate here in Maryland. I have worked under the name Ryan White, mostly in an undercover capacity. I would like to address the recent events, the charges, and the insinuations against me.

00:27

This past Friday, I was arrested by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office and charged with filing a false police report in regard to an incident that happened at an adult bookstore where I was working undercover.

00:46

The sheriff alleged that I was using this for political advantage.

00:55

That’s interesting because the term confidential informant means you can’t discuss it. Confidential.

01:08

And I was working there documenting the drug shipments coming in, going through there, long before I was a candidate. You can look online at the FEC and see when I registered. It’s a public document. I started there during COVID to document the huge drug shipments coming through. Even criminals had to change the way they did business.

01:34

These drug shipments were coming through, going to the store, and these were the drugs going into Baltimore and into DC that people were killing each other over. People were overdosing on. I had to do something. I stayed there to document that, and I did. And just a couple of weeks after I started, a new owner started working with the old owner, took over, and things got really bad.

02:00

He’s going to put in a digital system that is showing child porn. It is a nationwide system.

02:10

The Harford County Sheriff’s Department has verified this and moved that case onto the feds. And that led to things getting really, really bad and ultimately bringing children in.

02:24

Now, the police have a video from the store, and it shows that little girl who was 11 at the time in the store. She’s wiping her face off clearly multiple times. She is standing over by the ATM with her supposed grandfather.

02:45

And clearly wiping her face off. Period. On the…

02:53

So-called statement of charges, lies, and fabrications, by the way, I’m going to get into a few details.

03:02

They insinuated that I ushered the girl outside and was seen wiping her off.

03:09

Can’t get nastier than that. Well, here’s something I’m going to tell you that nobody knows.

03:19

I videotaped the entire incident. Let’s make that real clear. Everybody knows I’ve worked undercover for years. I’m not stupid. My phone was running the whole time; I got it all.

03:37

Now, on the day of the arrest, well, just to address it, my video matches up with theirs, of course. They have the one from the camera over the top of the register. And you can clearly see I’m 40 feet away from that girl when she went outside, and I’m behind the counter. My video starts when the people in the back were signaling and miming that she was back there. That’s when I started documenting. Period. They don’t know I have it.

04:05

I met with them a couple of weeks ago, the police, Harford County Sheriff, and they gave me homework. They said, send us everything. Anything you got pertaining to the store, send it. We might find something in the background we can use, anything. And they were comfortable. They thought I sent them everything. They were comfortable that they had everything, so they were comfortable making up their lie because it was their word against mine.

04:30

And what they don’t know is I didn’t send them everything. This isn’t my first rodeo.

04:37

So, on the day of the arrest, he shows up, and you should see this guy. He’s a big fat lying bastard, to be honest. I’m not small. You can read the documents. Everybody knows I have a lot of intestinal damage. My weight goes up and down wildly. Currently, I’m 6 foot and about 290. When I say this guy was fat, I mean it. He could barely get out of the car.

05:05

He was so big his tac vest looked like he was wearing a bib. I thought he was headed to a buffet.

05:14

Now, they lied to everyone. They even lied to my attorneys to get me over there to meet with them. They told them that there was a girl in jeopardy, several children, they wanted me to look at pictures. And I had to show up because children were in jeopardy. And of course, I’m going for that. And that’s why I went. I got there, and they’re laughing, thought how stupid I was.

05:37

And he said, I got a video to show you. And he showed me the video from the store. And you can clearly see I was nowhere near the girl. It starts off with her over by the ATM wiping her face off next to her grandfather. I’m behind the counter 30 feet away at that point. And I’m yelling at them, you got to leave. You got to go. Because at that point, I didn’t know anything had happened.

05:59

It wasn’t until I’m telling them to leave, and the people in the back were reminding me she was back here, she was back here, that I started documenting. And you can see me on their video leaving, and this officer was very impressed with the system. He could blow it up on his phone, look at somebody’s face. Well, he might want to blow up the picture of me going out because you can see I have a coffee cup in my left hand, my phone’s in my right hand. He might want to blow that up, and he can see my phone’s running on everything. It’s recording.

06:30

So, I was nowhere near that child. But I know where they got that statement. That’s fine. Nowhere near her. Total lie. The statement starts off by saying they’re charging me with filing a false police report, and that it has two pages describing where it came from, and I’m not in there. It actually started in another state. I told people about the incident.

06:54

They were upset by it. They told some people and actually signed up a couple of weeks later for a child protection conference here in Maryland, and they did nothing, but somebody contacted them. They forwarded the information. They forwarded it to someone else. They forwarded it to the state and to Homeland Security. The state of Maryland forwarded it to the different counties, including Howard County, and then it made it back to Harford County. Now, how is that me filing a false police report? It didn’t happen.

07:24

One lie after another. The continued insinuation that I’m using this for political gain. Pathetic. They are the ones using it for political gain. They are backslapping right now because they took down a Senate candidate.

07:43

It’s been said before, and I won’t be able to say it better. In reality, they didn’t arrest me.

07:52

They are manipulating you. That’s what they’re hoping to do. Now I’d like to say right now, thank you so much for the tremendous support. Most people are not buying this crap. They can see right through it; we’re all awake now. This is the standard playbook by the Deep State and their players. Tremendous support and prayers, and I can’t tell you how much that’s helped. Thank you all so much.

08:20

To all the haters out there who are having a good weekend, loving it, the video doesn’t lie. I would say that you ruined your credibility, but you didn’t have any to begin with.

08:33

On the day of the arrest, they showed up. I’m there to look at pictures to save these children.

08:40

And all he did was show me the video, and at the end, he told me, you didn’t count on us having video, did you? Well, guess what? You didn’t count on me having video, did you? No, you didn’t. You made mistakes all along the way, and you lied. You were confident in your lies because you thought you had everything. One of your biggest mistakes was thinking that I’m as dumb as you are.

09:06

You irritated a lot of people with your lies. And the worst part of all, it’s not the worst part, you have damaged my campaign, but I will look at it in a good light because a lot of people are supporting it from all over the states and Maryland. But there are a lot of candidates running for different offices in Maryland, on the Republican side, people I’ve met and dealt with. And a few of them have turned their back on me because of this.

09:35

Those candidates have been out there, and they will stand there and give a good speech. Sounds great. And they will say, I’m here to fight corruption. I will expose the Deep State. And then when the Deep State and the corruption does something right in their face, they turn their back and let it happen. That is a RINO waiting to get in office, and we got enough of those. Why did this happen? Well, I’ve been exposing quite a lot, got too close to people. Sheriff Gahler.

10:07

is great personal friends with Larry Hogan, the governor of Maryland, known Trump hater. Governor Hogan’s close, longtime personal friend, excuse me, is Mike Pence. We all know about him, and I have been critical of both of them online previously. They thought this was a way to shut me up. Sheriff Gahler, who has a long law enforcement career, state police and now sheriff,

10:37

I don’t want to say that he was promised a big-time appointment ahead of the FBI, ahead of Homeland Security, etc., in the new administration for one of his friends, but I’ll just leave that there.

10:52

The court date is set in September if we actually end up going to court, and he will be on the stand. There won’t be any plea. I’m putting everybody up there. Discovery is going to be a riot. But the charges are false. The insinuations are disgusting. And like I said before, the absolute worst part of all this is they accused me of exploiting those children for political gain. And that’s what they’re doing. They know about the video system showing child porn.

11:22

They know that little girl was in there, and they admitted in the report three times that she was covered in bodily fluids. Semen. And they covered it up to smear me with it. They’re allowing these children to continue to be abused and exploited for their political gain, for their political future. They’re the ones doing it. The Deep State always accuses someone of what they’re doing. They just didn’t count on the video.

11:55

Thank you very much for your time and for your support. There’s a reason they’re scared of me. They do not want you to vote for me. The early voting for the primary in Maryland is going on right now. The primary is tomorrow, July 19th. They don’t want you to vote for me. They’re scared of it. I’ve already exposed a lot. I will continue to do so. They don’t want me to have a platform or be in office where I can expose everything. They know I will.

12:24

This is the best they could come up with on short notice. It didn’t work. If you’re going to vote tomorrow, if you’re going to vote today, or if you’ve already voted, thank you. It’s important to vote. If you’re considering voting for me, please do so. Show them that you’re not going to take it any longer. Many people have already, in early voting, supported me around the state, and they’re not putting up with their lies.

12:49

They said there was a video or a podcast discussing it, and they read through the entire statement. It’s ridiculous. And most of the people in there were law enforcement. It was total garbage. Other law enforcement and lawyers have looked at it, and they can’t believe what a collection of garbage this is.

13:08

But it’s just the smear campaign to damage the thing. It’s no coincidence they did it during early voting right before the primary. It was timed to be that. I have all the texts and emails saying it has to be today. Thursday, Friday, it has to be, it has to be. There’s children at stake, it has to be Thursday, Friday. I have all those; I document like crazy. They were doing it to affect the election, and the statements all over the place where I was using it for political gain. That’s what they’re doing.

13:35

And the worst part is those children are still there.

13:40

They actually argued that you were wrong. She’s not 11, she’s 12. She’s had a birthday in the last few months. But that’s one of their points. They actually argued one time, on camera, in the media a couple of weeks ago, that you said she was covered in semen. Other than what you see here on the sweater, where is it? I don’t see it. That doesn’t mean covered to me. I was like, how disgusting are you? You’re arguing how much semen on an 11-year-old is appropriate. But they actually did that. That was recorded.

14:09

On the camera and the body cams meeting we had a couple of weeks ago.

14:15

That’s how they think. These people should never be working with children. But I understand they were ordered to do this and do it quick. And I know why. They’re ordered by their boss because of his friends.

14:32

People talk about fighting the Deep State, exposing the corruption, and I’m actually doing it. They’re about lip service. These elected officials and these wannabe elected officials give lip service. They’re giving a good speech. Sounds great, but they’re not doing anything. They ran. First chance they had to confront anything. You have a chance to confront it now. Please consider doing so.

14:59

You can confront it by telling them you’re not going to put up with their stuff anymore, their corruption. This is how Harford County has done business. Maryland’s done business for a long time. Make up any BS statement. Write it down. Get you incarcerated so you can’t fight or build a defense. And then they force a plea, and you absolve them of any wrongdoing. It’s not going to work this time. People are awake. They’re not going to take it, and they will vote. I’m actually out there saving lives, helping children, and doing what I talk about.

15:29

They’re covering it up, keeping it going, and doing favors for their friends because they want a reward. They’re exploiting children for political gain, not me. Please consider this if you vote. Stay safe, stay healthy, try to stay sane. It’s not easy anymore. I appreciate your time and your continued support. Thank you very much. God bless.

Audio recording by Dr. Jon McGreevy regarding his July 15, 2022 arrest in Harford County on charges of making a false statement to an officer and to a state official (case tracking no. 226344006501). Recording title: Recording 14.

TRANSCRIPT FOLLOWS

Most people are aware of the recent arrests that I was put through. I would like to address an unforeseen event that is taking place right now because of it. Recently we put information online exposing the so-called detective who arrested me.

That is not his real name. He obtained his job and his police commission under false pretenses, under a false name and using in large part someone else’s background. And we know who supplied it.

They supplied it voluntarily. These are facts. We have copious amounts of evidence to back it up.

And we put it out there. There was a video and I did a short audio commentary. Something’s come up now.

The people in Maryland, and especially Harford County, are very upset and they have a right to be. They were already upset that absolutely nothing’s being done about child trafficking, drug and gun trafficking through their county and through their towns. And now people in Harford County especially Edgewood, Aberdeen, Abbey, and Grace are extremely upset about fake cops riding around. They do not want fake police officers riding through their neighborhood. Violence has been promised this weekend or subsequent weekends against police, any police, because now it’s being said online that all police are fake.

This is happening because the sheriff refuses to address the situation or make a statement. If the sheriff wants to back up his deputy, come up publicly and tell everyone that I’m full of shit, do it. I’ll see you in court.

But you know we’re right because for the last week or so, there have been some very difficult and uncomfortable questions asked all over the sheriff’s department. And the so-called detective couldn’t answer them effectively. No one had any idea this was out there.

Well, now they do, so they’ve been asking more questions. And now you’re in consultation with the lawyers trying to find a way to stay silent and come out of this clean that’s not going to work. Because for every day you refuse to address this, civilian and detective, deputy, lives are in jeopardy.

I don’t want anything to happen to anyone. I don’t want any violence because you refuse to act. This is not going to go away.

Now we know we’re right. We have the documents that he submitted and they belong to someone else. This isn’t going away.

You need to act. You need to make a statement. I will make you an offer right now.

Despite how I have been treated, how my campaign was smeared and attacked, how everything was dumped on me and the horrible insinuations this detective made about me. And we know they’re all false. But despite all of that, I will give you an opportunity right now to work with me to clear this up so no one gets hurt.

That’s the only one. September 14th, this is supposed to court date. Okay.

Now you will stay silent till then. Anything that happens is on your head from here on out. You hired him. You promoted him. You assigned him. You ordered him to do it.

And here it is. It’s all on you. I’ll work with you right now to make all this clear up so no one gets hurt.

You won’t get the offer later. Keep waiting and I’ll see you in court. Yes, you’re on the witness list.

Believe it. You and Eric, you are our first point of contact. And this will be addressed on the stand, if not sooner.

I do not want anyone hurt, police or civilian. I value life. I support law enforcement.

The men and women in uniform around Harford County, the deputies, have been lied to, so have you. It’s time to do something about it before someone gets hurt. Now your so called detective is fake.

I’ll be posting some screenshots along with this on True Social. He lied to you, he lied to everyone. Everyone knows it now.

So do you. That’s why for the last eight days you’ve disappeared from Twitter and Facebook. That’s why even though it’s against the law, you have cut off all comments on the Harford County Sheriff’s official Facebook page.

Although it’s against the law according to the Supreme Court. It’s a public page. Paid for by public funds.

You can’t do that. Because too many people are asking what’s the guy’s real name? Provide the original arrest report number that I supposedly submitted in April 13th. Can’t do any of that.

People know it. It’s going to come out. This is a one time offer.

I’ll work with you to fix this whole situation. As long as it’s addressed now. Offer expires soon.

I don’t want anyone hurt. Anything that happens is on you right now. There is no squeaky clean way out of this.

There’s a lot more that’s going to come out about this so-called detective in court. We’re ready for it. This is a very serious matter.

Violence has been promised. You can find them online. You’ve probably seen some.

I usually tell a couple jokes. I’m fairly snarky. But this is very serious.

Now you can ask your detective who you’ve already asked questions from that he couldn’t answer. Ask him what his favorite nursery rhyme is. See if he likes this one.

Little list of Moffat. Sad on her tough at. Hiding that fugitive away.

And I guess I’ll have to finish that in court. Unless everything is dealt with sooner. But you’re welcome to repeat that for your so-called detective.

Watch his face. Please do something so no one gets hurt. Please reach out.

You know my attorneys. I will work with you to resolve this issue so no one gets hurt. Anything that happens beyond this.

Because you have stalled. Where you don’t want to answer quite yet until the attorneys figure something out is on you. Please act.

00:00

Hello everyone. We haven’t spoken in a while. This is the Velvet Pig, the Silk Pork Chop, John, here to help. Just kidding. I have a cold. They tell me when I get a cold, I sound like Barry White. No relation to Ryan White, I promise. I’m giving everyone an update since we haven’t spoken in a while.

00:29

What we have found, what’s been going on.

00:34

And what they did to me.

00:38

As many people know, I’ve been on Twitter for years, and there were some very good people who would stick around and listen to me. Last year, I ran for U.S. Senate, thinking the way I could help the most people was to run for public office. I still do. I’m going to run again.

01:00

But right before the primary election, I was arrested. The Harford County Sheriff charged me with filing a false police report and lying to the police. We’re going to discuss that and what’s been going on behind the scenes.

01:21

Well.

01:25

I’m not going to make you wait half an hour to get into all the details. I’ll tell you exactly what happened now. You can listen for the next half hour or 40 minutes if you want specific details.

01:38

Since over a year ago, December 2021 and January 2022, I have been in contact, either by myself or with others, with various law enforcement agencies throughout Maryland—state police and various counties. I was providing information on gun and drug trafficking and child trafficking.

02:06

I had gone undercover, working in an adult bookstore, gathering information on these activities. When I had enough and could verify everything, I passed it on to law enforcement. There was also child trafficking going on and a digital system that showed child-focused movies, if you know what I mean. Disgusting stuff.

02:33

The state police and other county agencies did what they should normally do during an investigation. They listened to me, took the information, and said, “Thank you.” If they had an ongoing investigation, they added to it. If they didn’t, they verified everything and started an investigation. Several months later, the state and various counties are prosecuting people based on my information.

03:04

All except for Harford County. There’s a problem in Harford County.

03:13

I originally went and spoke with the sheriff in person, with a witness, on January 6, 2022, almost exactly a year ago, and gave them a bunch of information about what was going on—gun trafficking, drug trafficking, the persons involved, including corrupt elected officials and federal agents. I gave them information. The sheriff personally asked me, “Do you know any of these people at the store who are abusing children personally?”

03:51

I took that to mean, from working at the store, not that I hang out with them, which I don’t. I said, “I know some of their names.” He said, “Can you give me names and phone numbers?” I said, “No, I know a few names. I can get tag numbers when they come in, but there’s one I can give you. That’s pretty easy.” So I gave him this guy’s information, and that guy did show up the following month.

04:20

About 10 days after I spoke to the sheriff, on January 15, he showed up at the store, and I texted the detective the information. The sheriff told me who to contact. I texted this detective that he was there. They did nothing, of course. I texted on my phone and on my registered Senate campaign phone, just so I’d have a record of everything. They did nothing. I texted at the end of the night and said, “He must have left through the back.”

04:51

They finally answered back and said, “Okay, I got you.” That was it. They did nothing. Fast forward a few months, and I’m exposing everything. I’m going online, doing podcasts with Andy Kuhl, who was running for sheriff in Baltimore County. I’m putting information out there about exactly what’s happening and exposing everything.

05:20

Well, I got too close to the corrupt people surrounding this sheriff. I mentioned names that led right to the sheriff’s front door, and they had to shut me up. I have an email from the so-called investigating detective, “Bear Daddy,” as we’ve discussed before. It says the day before he arrested me that he has not said anything negative about me, has placed no charges against me, and I am a viable witness in this case. The next day, they arrested me for lying to a police officer and filing a false police report.

05:49

As we have proven, I filed no false police report of any kind. I didn’t lie to any of them. Other people, experts, and ex-law enforcement came out and proved that I filed no police report. The lady who sent an email, which generated the report, came out and said the same thing. No report was ever filed. The sheriff’s own statement online said that I filed no report and caused no report to be written. So they tried to change everything, and my lawyers wouldn’t allow it. They changed it from April 4 to January 6, the first day I met with the sheriff.

06:41

April 4 was the time that little girl came into the store. You remember me talking about it. The sheriff accused me publicly, all over the world, of lying about it for political gain. They said I made everything up for my own political gain, that they had interviewed that young girl and her family, and she was fine. That’s not true.

07:06

They never met her. They couldn’t find her. They never met her family. My lawyers forced them to admit it in court. That’s why they changed the date from April 4 to January 6. They never met that girl. They can’t find her. They never met her grandfather or her mother, supposedly. None of that ever happened. They could never provide the date or time the interview took place, the address where it took place, or the name of the specially trained female officer who would interview the girl. Nothing. Because it never occurred.

07:36

They lied about all of it. It gets worse, hang on.

07:42

The sheriff went on all the news stations, putting my face, my name, everything out there, destroying my campaign. They reported on my arrest in New Zealand, North Korea, all throughout the Middle East, Europe—it’s everywhere.

07:59

While the sheriff and his detectives were saying I lied about the child trafficking and that little girl being in there, the Harford County Sheriff’s Department—the same sheriff and the same “Bear Daddy” arresting officer for me—had a guy in custody. Not just a name, they had him in custody because he was doing the exact same thing I was talking about at the store.

08:28

Okay, it gets worse.

08:33

They had this guy in custody for over a week before they arrested me, for the solicitation of a minor. He bought a 10-year-old girl to have sex with.

08:50

He has a connection to the store. That’s where he started this stuff. He was in custody 10 days before they arrested me. He was formally rearrested and charged four days after my arrest. So I had just bailed out, gotten home, and they went and got this guy, charged him formally. They picked him up about 10 days before my arrest, put him on home detention, even though he had violently raped this child.

09:18

They put him on home detention to keep it quiet. If they had promoted this, put it on their website, or told anyone, they couldn’t have charged me with lying about it because they had a guy in custody for doing it.

09:32

And it would have been a huge boost to my campaign, which they definitely didn’t want. So they got this guy for the violent rape of a 10-year-old girl that he paid for and put him on home detention. He lives in Havre de Grace, about 15 minutes away from the adult store, The Mistress, and about six minutes away from the other store this owner has down there.

10:00

So, he’s on home detention, they arrest me, put my name all over the world, and never mention this guy once.

10:08

Then they arrest him, formally charge him. He’s still on home detention. They get a search warrant four days after his arrest. They go to his house, get his computer, and what they found on the computer and in his house was so heinous, so violent, that the police called from the house immediately and told the court what they had. The judge—it’s right on the record, I’m going to give you the numbers—rescinded his bond immediately, canceled his home detention, and sent him to immediate incarceration. That’s how bad it was. It wasn’t just the girl; it was other stuff. This guy had over a 10-year collection of horrible stuff, including videos and pictures. The last couple of years, the newest stuff in his collection came from The Mistress, where I worked. He filmed it there.

11:04

Some of the stuff was filmed on a smartphone in the video system in the back. You can see it. If you’ve ever been there, you can walk in and see it. He’s holding up a phone, videotaping these violent child movies in the back. Just like I said with the little girl, he’s got videos of him and other children in the back theaters at the store. This is the guy they have in custody when they arrest me for lying about it. You can’t get more fraudulent than that.

11:34

They knew what was happening and arrested the guy. This guy they arrested, his name is Bhavesh Arvindbhai Patel. I’m going to give you the whole thing. He’s the guy I told them about in January and texted later in January to let them know he was there. Had they acted then, they could have found him. I’ll tell you why. Had they acted then, they could have prevented other children from being abused and could have prevented this 10-year-old girl from being purchased by him.

12:04

He regularly came to the store. He was a well-known customer for a simple reason: the owner, Bob, is his cousin. He’s also a partial owner of the store.

12:21

So when they arrested me for lying about what was going on at the store, they had the owner’s cousin in custody for doing exactly that. Home detention is a form of legal custody, but they knew who it was. I told them months before, and they did nothing, allowing him to continue his abuse. Because I and others had exposed what was going on at the store, he couldn’t go there any longer. He felt safe there because he was a partial owner. I’m going to explain that too.

12:52

He was invested in it. It gets worse. This is horrible. He knew he was safe there; it wasn’t some kind of police setup because he was a partial owner, and Bob is his cousin. So he got really nasty there. But because I and others had exposed it over the last few months, he couldn’t go there safely anymore. So he got online, using one of the web addresses, one of the web pages I told the sheriff about back in January.

13:19

How they were finding these children, how they were bringing them up from Baltimore. I did a podcast, which some of you may have seen, talking about the different websites where you go in, read the emojis, and if you know how to read them, you know what they’re really advertising. That’s what he was doing. He got a 10-year-old girl he paid for. She wasn’t as compliant as he was used to, and he got so violent with her that the people who sold her to him turned him in anonymously. That’s how bad it was.

14:00

So they go to this guy’s house. He’s been doing this stuff for over 10 years, with hundreds of victims, new victims in the last couple of years at the store, using the digital system and bringing children into the back theater, exactly as I had described. They have him in custody when they charge me for lying about it. They’ve been rushing this guy through the system the entire time, trying to keep it quiet. They have removed the arresting officer, “Bear Daddy.”

14:29

I’m going to give you his court cases so you can look them up on Maryland Case Search. His name is Bhavesh Arvindbhai Patel. Bhavesh is B-H-A-V-E-S-H. Arvindbhai is A-R-V-I-N-D-B-H-A-I, last name Patel, P-A-T-E-L. He’s 54.

15:00

This leads to a bunch of other stuff. Bob, the owner, his name is Bhavesh Doshi, D-O-S-H-I. His family name is Patel. They use the names independently. They forced him through the system, thinking we’d never find it, but we did. He has dirty information on people going way back. He thought he was going to trade it and be slick. He’s not.

15:30

His initial case is in the Maryland Case Search, D-09-CR-22-001653. That was his district court case when they put him on home detention. Investigators have found over 20 other examples of his charge currently in Maryland.

16:01

About half of them are with the Maryland State Police, and about half are with different counties and sheriffs. His actual charge was the sexual solicitation of a minor, not just solicitation, but sexual solicitation of a minor.

16:15

Every other case—over 20 of them throughout the state at state and county levels—every single one of those people, because of the severity of the crime, was incarcerated. Not a single one was put on home detention, except this guy, because they wanted to keep it quiet. They had to put him on home detention so they could still charge me with lying about it when they had him, who was actually doing it. His case got moved to circuit court, and that number is CR-12-CR-22-000660.

16:45

You’ll notice if you look that one up, it’s listed on two different pages with the same number. That’s a typical trick in Harford County to hide stuff from people. They put it on one page, and it doesn’t show up on the original. It’s how they hide things, change things, and backdate things.

17:14

They’ll put it on the backdated page and say, “Oh, somebody must have put it on the wrong page,” and they’ll consolidate it. It’s one of the tricks they use to manipulate the record. Those are his case numbers. They rushed him through, tried to have it done before the new year. Like I said, he has a bunch of dirt on people going back years, including people very close to the sheriff. On January 3, 2023, just a few days ago, he thought he had a pre-trial conference scheduled. He thought he was going to go in there, be a smartass, and make a deal with all this dirt.

17:39

Well, they went in there and said, “You’re either going to plead guilty right now, or we’re going to charge you with everything we found on your computer, and you’ll get 50 years.” So he took the plea. He pled guilty on December 3. They didn’t even have to have the trial. He’s now a registered sex offender.

18:10

They sent him home. The sexual solicitation of a minor in Maryland carries a 10-year, $50,000 fine sentence. It’s a felony. This guy has a record going back to when he was a teenager in this country and in India, and not for little stuff. They didn’t take any of that into consideration.

18:34

They took him into custody, put him on home detention so I wouldn’t find out about it, allowing him to stay in the area with other children, allowing him to stay online, doing what he was doing. Now that I found out they lied about me just to get their press release and kill my campaign, they forced him through the courts as fast as possible.

18:56

They forced a plea using what they found on his computer. Because he took a plea to a lesser charge, all the stuff on the computer, all those hundreds of victims, the stuff at the store—you can’t use it against him anymore. That’s out. It was on the record briefly, but now it’s out. He was on home detention the entire time. When they found the horrible stuff on his computer, the judge said, “That’s it, zero bond, get him in custody.” The sheriff and his newly bought-and-paid-for state’s attorney, Allison Healey, jumped in and said, “No, we can’t have that.” So they didn’t charge him with any of the computer stuff. Anybody else would be in prison forever, but not here, because it goes back to the sheriff and his dirty stuff.

19:51

His lawyer said, “If you’re not going to charge him with anything new, you shouldn’t have rescinded his bond.” The judge agreed, and they let him stay on home detention for the last six months. He was actually in jail, the detention center, for six hours. I was there for seven. He was there less time than I was. They forced this plea through. Anybody else getting sentenced or pleading guilty for this exact crime in Maryland, in different counties, gets at least a year.

20:19

If it’s a first offense, they might suspend some of it, give them six months, something, but they’re going to pay for it. This guy got a 10-year sentence, all suspended except 196 days, which they gave him credit for home detention. They sent him home on probation. He was in jail less time than the little girl was in the hospital.

20:46

That’s what the sheriff will do to cover his tracks. That’s what his bought-and-paid-for state’s attorney did. She just got elected; this is her first big case, and this is what she’s doing. They sent him home. But wait, there’s more.

21:02

They sent him home, and they didn’t have any computer-related charges because they used it to manipulate him behind the scenes at the pre-trial conference. His lawyer argued that you can’t take his private property, so they gave it back to him. He said, “My daughter uses that for her homework.” So they had to give the computer back. They made a forensic copy to use against him, but there’s no record that they erased anything. They can’t erase it because that would be altering evidence. So they gave the computer back—the same computer he used to contact that little girl.

21:44

Now he’s on two years of supervised probation as a registered Tier II sex offender. You can look him up. That just happened. You couldn’t get a softer slap on the wrist for what this guy got. I was in jail for an hour longer than he was when he pled guilty to the violent rape of a 10-year-old girl that he paid for, with hundreds of other cataloged victims in his collection.

22:12

They tried to make his probation unsupervised, but the computer wouldn’t allow it to be entered that way because he had so many points against him. It had to be supervised, which they’ll probably knock down later, but they were desperately trying to keep this out of the public eye.

22:28

And once again, the arresting corrupt officer, “Bear Daddy,” is the dirty doer of the sheriff’s dirty business. While they were smearing me all over the world—North Korea reported on my arrest—not a word about this guy. Nothing locally, nothing online, nothing on the sheriff’s Facebook page, nothing on their official page. They didn’t want anyone to know. They definitely didn’t want me to find out. But while they arrested me for lying about it, they had a guy in custody for doing it. You can’t have it both ways, but apparently in Harford County, you can.

23:18

This guy had dirty information going back to people connected to the sheriff. He was going to trade it, but they shut him down.

23:30

It goes back to his brother as well, Vish Patel, who’s not really a doctor, by the way.

23:42

I wasn’t going to talk about that. Then you have the owner of The Mistress, Bob, Bhavesh Doshi, family name Patel. All of them are from the same area in India. I’ve done other interviews where I’ve discussed Bob, his cousins overseas, and his cousins here, and how they’ve sent him things they shouldn’t be sending. That’s what’s going on. Bob has different businesses here.

24:13

They’re all part of it. You can trace it all through court records. We used court records and things that his attorneys have supported and submitted to the court. This is the guy, Bhavesh Patel, Bob’s cousin, the owner of the store’s cousin.

24:39

He came up there regularly. Everybody knew what he was about. That’s why I told the sheriff about him in January, among other things. I texted the detective on the 15th about this guy. They acknowledged it but did nothing. Who knows how many victims there were between then and there?

25:07

This guy, the one who’s now a convicted sex offender, his brother is a so-called doctor who went to medical school in India. They’re both cousins of Bob, the owner of The Mistress and several other stores in Havre de Grace and other states. I’ve talked about them before, but now they’ve actually been caught, convicted, and pled guilty to doing exactly what I claimed was going on in the store.

25:37

The guy who’s just a registered sex offender, Bhavesh Patel, his brother is the so-called doctor. If you go back to India with these two, and Bob as well, they have an extensive record in Maryland, the U.S., and a really interesting criminal record in India. India is interesting because it’s a societal hierarchy. Court records list your relatives and family to know what level of society you’re on, as they have people referred to as “untouchables”—the lowest rung. It’s strange to us, but because of that, Indian records list family members. They want to know who you are, not just your name.

26:36

The guy who’s now a registered sex offender has a record from about 20 and a half years ago when he was 34—not a kid—in India, where he put together a bomb and blew up a mosque. Yes, you heard that right. He’s a terrorist. He made a bomb, blew up a mosque, and did some time. Then he went back into court. We have all these court records, and we’ll discuss them later.

27:04

He went in afterward, after getting out, and complained that his probation was too harsh. He wanted it changed.

27:13

The court system there is different. He had lawyers representing him, prosecutors representing the state, and a Muslim lawyer representing the Muslim community and the mosque itself. So he had three sides in court, but he went in twice trying to get it reduced because he thought it was too harsh for blowing something up.

27:43

He also has an extensive record for forging documents. The charge here would be like counterfeiting, but over there, it’s replicating a government-issued document—forgery.

27:53

He would steal people’s identities, duplicate driver’s licenses, anything he could. He tried to steal the identity of an Indian doctor who went to school in India and became a doctor. The sex offender tried to steal his identity to come to America as a doctor. It didn’t work; he got caught.

28:21

But that didn’t stop him from doing the same thing for his brother, Bhavesh Gammur Patel, who did make it to this country. He was in medical school in India for about a year and a half.

28:36

His brother forged everything, and he jumped ahead. He came to this country, got verified in Maryland because Maryland has lax qualifications for foreign doctors, especially Indian doctors. He’s been practicing ever since. He’s supposed to be a gastroenterologist but practices all kinds of stuff. He’ll move to a state, screw up everything because he’s never had training, get an initial license for two or three years, then make so many problems—complaints, lawsuits—that he’ll move to another state, get a license there, and start over. He’s been to Maryland, Florida, Texas, Chicago, and other East Coast states.

29:28

These are the people, Bob’s cousins, in business with him. The registered sex offender, his so-called doctor brother, and Bob, the owner of The Mistress where I reported all this happening, own Truessence Group, a business registered to the same address for all of them.

29:52

Truessence Group is owned by Mani Group, M-A-N-I Group LLC, also with all three of them on it. Truessence Group owns The Mistress, the adult store where I worked. There are other cousins involved too, but it’s Bob and these two people, including the registered sex offender. He has his own keys to the place and could come in anytime to turn off the alarm because he’s a part owner. Because he’s on home detention, they couldn’t even tell him to stay away from the store because it’s his livelihood.

30:22

So they admonished him in court—a warning that while he’s allowed on the premises because it’s his livelihood, he’s not to engage in that type of activity there anymore. Ridiculous. That’s how bad they let this go. The new state’s attorney doesn’t care about the kids. It’s about making the violent person feel welcome so they won’t do it anymore. That’s what they’re covering up so nobody would find out. They gave him the computer back because it would be a hardship for his daughter without it.

31:16

We have their pictures, the family picture, his face, all that stuff. A few years ago, he had a very pretty daughter, around 10 or 11, who really stood out in the family picture. Now, in pictures from right before the arrest, she’s about 16. Still a pretty girl, but someone has stolen the light from her eyes. You can tell she’s been through hell. I’m not saying anything happened, but you can tell when someone’s been through the wringer. She doesn’t get any help. The hundreds of children found on his computer and in files don’t get any help.

32:12

The children he videotaped and photographed in the theater, where he had keys because he’s a part owner, don’t get any help. The sheriff wants this covered up to avoid looking bad for lying about my arrest, which was deliberate. They talked about the little girl and put pictures out of her. I already said they admitted they never talked to her. We found out in court that they took pictures of the girl—ones I gave them that weren’t blurred—around to all the local schools in Harford County and neighboring counties. Age-appropriate schools, and nobody knew her. None of the teachers had seen her. She’s not from here.

33:09

They were forced to admit they never interviewed anyone. They let it continue, just like they let it continue against all these kids he documented, just to keep it quiet. We have over 20 other cases with the exact same charge in Maryland, at state or county levels. Everyone was incarcerated until trial, and those found guilty are getting at least 10 years, serving nine years because it was nasty.

33:39

The same charge applies to people who sell children. This isn’t a small charge like saying something inappropriate or taking a picture of a kid. If you’re selling or trafficking children, this is the charge you get.

33:59

He got this charge because he’s moving children through there as a part owner. That’s trafficking. But they want to keep it quiet. He spent six hours in jail; the little girl was in the hospital longer. He had dirt with his brother, the phony doctor, going back years, on people surrounding the sheriff.

34:27

There’s an interesting side note. There’s a guy unrelated to this case, a long-time criminal who’s been incarcerated for a long time. He recently said he wants to make his first parole, so he’s willing to trade information on dirty agents. Guess who stepped up? Sean Wilson, “Bear Daddy,” from an entirely different county. What a miracle. The same guy, and what’s the charge he put on him? Lying to a police officer, filing a false police report. What a strange coincidence. It’s comical, but there’s nothing comical about what they’ve done to this guy and allowed him to get away with.

35:23

They arrested me, lied, destroyed me, and destroyed my campaign. At the same time, they had a guy in custody—the owner’s cousin, a partial owner of the store—doing the exact same thing in the store, videotaped and photographed by his own phone. You can’t get much more hypocritical than that.

35:52

The records I’ve been talking about—you can look them up on Case Search. He has a history in Maryland. If you look at his past employers and residences, they all cross over with his brother, who’s now in Chicago, and with Bob, the owner.

36:16

They’ve used the same address. The address he put down in Havre de Grace when he got arrested is listed as a business address for a couple of other things they had going. He put down an address where his family wasn’t, but it’s where Bob and his brother are doing business.

36:38

He applied with his wife in Chicago for a medical marijuana dispensary license and was turned down because he had a felony prior to this. The license was transferred to Bob, the owner, and his doctor cousin, the sex offender’s brother. They’re all connected in too many ways. It’s obvious.

37:03

This guy has felonies in Maryland, other states, and horrendous violent felonies overseas. None of that was ever checked. Other people in the state, charged with the same thing, first offense, get at least a year. This guy gets home detention, and they return his property. That’s Harford County for you. That’s the sheriff protecting himself. Political campaigns are run by laundered drug money, through real estate, political campaigns, and sheriff’s unions. The sheriff thinks he’s clever because he washes it a couple more times. We’ve got it all.

37:58

I know a lot of law enforcement and military people. I’ve met them over the years. I have family who didn’t stay in the military and went into law enforcement—FBI, Secret Service, U.S. Marshals throughout the country, though not local. I know a bunch in Maryland, especially Harford County. They know he’s corrupt. They see it every day.

38:26

They tell me “defund the police” is demoralizing, but what really bothers them is they know it’s corrupt. They just want to keep their heads down and put their time in. “I’ve only got four years to go. I’ve got five years to go. I’ve got too much time to mess with that. I’ve got a family.” Well, guess what? So do other people. I’m not trying to be harsh about this next part.

38:54

I shouldn’t have said that; “Bear Daddy” just showed up. I’ll talk softer.

39:02

I’m talking to these people—law enforcement. I support law enforcement and the military; everybody knows that. But what did you get into law enforcement to do? To sit on your ass, keep your head down, and take the money? No. Other people in the same situation have spoken up. Yes, they’ve lost a lot, but you’re not doing that. You want to talk tough?

39:32

“I’m going home tonight,” says the 15-year career property sergeant. That’s his big speech. “Nobody’s getting me. I’m going home.” It’s like you haven’t left this building in 15 years. You talk the talk, but you’re willing to keep your head down and let the corruption continue. If you came forward, you’d be given the most weight. You have the most details; you see it every day.

39:57

We were promised 40 FBI agents would come forward and tell everything they knew—nothing. On the other end, you wonder why people don’t like the police anymore, don’t trust them, and want to defund them. That starts with you. You’re right next to the corruption. If you’re not willing to speak up or do anything about it, it will continue, always hidden and protected.

40:23

It will go down the chain until it’s abused here, and the people suffer, and then they want to defund the police. It’s a chain, and if you don’t break it, no one else can. Other officers throughout the years have spoken up and made major changes. Yes, they paid prices for it, but they did the right thing. They did what they started out doing their job for.

40:50

I know it’s not easy. I know you want to protect your pension and your family. I protect my family; we all do. But allowing it to continue, you’re not protecting or serving anyone. You’re just serving the sheriff. This is nationwide. I am going to run for office again. People are discussing Congress and Senate. One thing I want to work for is…

41:18

A special type of whistleblower protection within the law enforcement community. I want to strengthen whistleblower protection, but I also want a special type where if you come forward in a corrupt agency or department, you won’t lose your spouse or what you’ve accumulated and worked for. You’re not going to lose what you put your ass on the line to earn through someone else’s corruption. I will work on legislation for that. It’s the only way to protect the people brave enough to come forward and get the corruption out in the open and ended, for better community relations.

42:05

I’ll get back to campaigning and talk about it. If I get into office, I will work toward that because this has to end. This isn’t a campaign thing, although this arrest destroyed my campaign. They timed it right in the middle of the primary. Other researchers and investigators have dug up a lot more. There will be follow-up podcasts.

42:34

And videos, even slideshows to go along with this audio, where you can see all the documents. There’ll be links to the agencies where you can complain. The sheriff has a ton of authority in the county—he’s the highest law enforcement, and you wouldn’t believe the authority a sheriff has.

42:57

But that doesn’t allow him to do anything he wants. There can be investigations. Other people around the sheriff don’t have that authority. We will include links and contacts—IRS, things like that—who can check. If you make $134,000 a year as a sheriff, but your net worth is about $17 million, you’re not out there selling Amway. We know where it came from and who’s doing what.

43:26

We know who wants to retire, who wants to get into politics. We know it all moved down from up north. That’s all going to come out. I never stop. I will never stop defending children or exposing corruption, especially yours. I never stop fighting evil. You don’t know me very well. You should look into my background before you idiots showed up. I never stop.

43:54

I’m the kind of guy who will sign up, blow through law school in two years, and drag you into court every month for the rest of your natural life just to get everything on the docket. I can do that. Don’t doubt it for a second. I’ve thought about it. You’re not going to get away with it. You make your threats, your pissant little arrest—you took your shot. It’s our turn.

44:18

You took your shot, sheriff, and it was such a pathetic little dribble you almost turned around to apologize to your wife. That’s how bad it was. Then you got your little toy boy, Rosie, who likes to call up people he’s never met and threaten them just to threaten me. But we got him too. A whole lot of people out there want to share information about him. That’s all coming out, Kim. Hey, Rosie, since I got you on the mic here, maybe settle a bet for me. I was talking to your old partner, Butts. He told me something I just couldn’t believe. He said the entire time you two were working together, you swallowed every single time. You never spit once. I figured you had to spit a few times. Can you settle that bet for me? Which one was it? Yeah, that’s what I thought. You like to call and threaten people. Why don’t you show up?

45:14

If you’re any kind of man, you know where I’m at. You stalk me enough; I’ve seen you drive by. Why don’t you confront me and see how it goes this time? And then there’s the sheriff.

45:29

He likes to send his little deputies around to drive right behind you, right on your bumper, wherever you go. Or if you go to the grocery store, you come out, and there’s one parked six inches on either side of your car so you can’t get in. Pissant little harassing Gestapo garbage, not law enforcement. It’s his own little henchmen, and it’s all coming out. The gist of this podcast—thank you for listening—

45:55

is that while the sheriff was making all the headlines, proclaiming to the world that a U.S. Senate candidate was arrested for fabricating charges, their entire statement was fabricated. They never met that girl. I have video to show I was nowhere near her. We have the entire video too. They were forced to admit they lied about interviewing her.

46:19

Biggest of all, 10 days before and after they had me under arrest, they had somebody in custody—a partial owner of the store, related to the owner, who was doing the exact same thing.

46:35

So there it is. There’s the guy’s information: Bhavesh Arvindbhai Patel, age 54. If they don’t like it, they can all jump in a lake. Little chomo bastard doesn’t scare me. I’m not a 12-year-old girl. It’s going to go poorly if he tries it with me. Yes, he’s a registered sex offender, and I’ll make sure I put his name out there anytime I can because I really don’t care. You look him up; he’s on the Maryland and federal sites now.

47:03

Everything they found on his computer went all over the place. Had they used that in court, they used it to manipulate him to force a plea, but had they used it in court, he would have faced federal charges because of what was in there. They didn’t want that because the sheriff would lose control. That’s part of the reason they did that. They forced the plea to hide it. It would also prove I was right.

47:27

I’m sure my campaign would have received a bump had they arrested this guy and announced to the world, “Hey, he was right. They are doing it there; we just arrested the owner’s cousin.” I’m sure I would have gotten a campaign bump, but I didn’t do this for the campaign. I was working on this a year before I announced the campaign. Don’t use children like that—they do.

47:51

They allow these children to be abused and cover it up to keep their corruption secret. It’s not going to go on for long. We have everything. There’s nothing else they can do. It’s our turn, and I never stop. Thank you for listening. I managed to get through this without sneezing my head off. I did use about half a box of tissues. It’s good to talk to you again. That’s the update for now.

48:22

Please look up everything, check the numbers, and there’s a lot more coming. You’ll be able to verify everything for yourself. We’ll include links and offices—state and federal—where you can complain about this.

48:39

They allowed this violent offender back into the neighborhood, around your kids, your schools. Oh, his brother, the phony doctor, had some problems a few years ago at a daycare center, but you know, whatever. That’s one to look up too. He’s a doctor, so he gets away with stuff. It runs in the family. Both of them are doing it.

49:08

Bob’s talked about it. Bob’s selling it. Bob’s making money off of it. His cousins are into it as well. Strange coincidence, but of course, I lied about everything. Thank you very much. Please stay healthy. Have a wonderful, safe New Year. This is just a cold, a good old-fashioned cold that you work through like an adult. You don’t need the government to tell you what to do. I’ll be over it in a few days.

49:38

Thanks again. It’s good to talk to you.

TRANSCRIPT FOLLOWS

My name is John. I’d like to have a very real very harsh discussion right now. Other people’s actions have driven it to this point and it has to be discussed.

The elephant in the room must be addressed. I have always supported military and law enforcement. I always will, but now I have to qualify and say that I will always support the military and honest professional law enforcement.

There’s so much corruption within the police department that I have to split it now. I ran for office in 2022 and I spoke to law enforcement at every level from local up to federal. Every side and saw the same thing over and over again.

The discussions behind the scenes were just us where we were standing there face to face and it was understood how business was done. Business has been done like that for decades, the corruption. I’m not talking about a cop going out and some nice diner owner giving them a cup of coffee or a free meal.

That’s their business. The owner of that diner or restaurant bought that food. You give it to whoever he wants.

That’s not a problem. That’s a sign of respect today. I appreciate you being out here and doing an honest job.

Here’s a cup of coffee. Stay warm. That’s nice.

What I’m talking about is the ingrained corruption throughout the entire police department. Hiding behind the thin blue line that they’d like to shove in our face. You see that thin blue line for decades was the thin blue line between us civilians and crime.

That was the line that the officers stood on to protect us. Well, it’s not anymore. That’s not what it is.

That’s the line they hide behind. The thin blue line is what they hide behind every time. If a civilian, just one of us people here, have a problem.

If an officer is corrupt, if an officer is abusive, and we go to their department where a few people actually stand up and say something because it happens so often. When you want a few people to stand up, first thing they do is hide behind that thin blue line and you can’t get anywhere. Then on the other side, here’s a question for all the law enforcement listening to this.

Because you’re on the other side of that thin blue line. What is the thin blue line to you? What happens if you cross it? What happens to you, your promotions, your career, your families? If you cross that thin blue line, you don’t have to answer it out loud because I know what to answer. Well, answer it to yourself.

It’s a threat. That’s all it is. And now it’s a threat to civilians as well.

We will do whatever we want as law enforcement that you can’t touch us. And if you come against us with thin blue line, we’re going to crush you. Just like Tyree Nichols and Memphis.

Now he didn’t do anything, but what did you see? You saw this special team, the scorpions. Drag him out of his car, beat him to death, or actually beat him so bad he died later. And then immediately, when he was taken away from them and they were standing there, they immediately switched over through the standard lines.

We’ve all heard a thousand times. He was reaching for my gun. They have a whole pocket full of these lines to protect them.

And it’s got to stop. And they count the corrupt nasty cops. They want to do this on purpose.

They stand behind that thin blue line and they count on you staying on the other side of it too. Now, are all cops corrupt? No. I’ve met some by some of my family.

But I know the difference between a poor, honest cop and a dishonest cop that has a million dollar car collection. Or a whole bunch of sheriff’s deputies that have a river in front of condoms up there as a little we can get away. Starting price, $800,000.

It’s pretty good for their salary. We need the honest law enforcement to come forward. We need you to come forward.

It’s been used against us. It’s been used to sway public and political opinion. We were promised 40 FBI agents were going to come forward.

It never materialized. But we reacted to it. Public reacted, news reacted, everything did.

Because that’s how much we value an honest law enforcement. If you came forward, what would happen? If you broke that thin blue line, what would happen to you? Right. There’s the constant threat.

Now, I understand you work really hard to get the job. When you first get there, you just want to learn as much as you can and keep your head down. You’re just so happy to be there.

And you see everything happening around. You see the corruption. You see the bullshit going on.

But you don’t say anything because you knew. By the time you get to the point where you know what’s happening, you know the bad things from the good ones, you won’t say anything. You just want to keep your head down and get your pension.

And I can understand it, but it’s got to stop. In many departments, the corruption was there long before you got there. This stuff has been going on for decades or some places.

It has taken on nasty, nasty stuff. I’m going to talk about a free cup of coffee. I’m talking about protecting drug dealers, protecting other dealers, arresting certain people, people who harass you.

I’m talking about cops being bullies, molesting people, and depending on others to get away from it. Hiding behind that thin blue line. Well, I’m going to break your little blue line permanently.

I’m going to destroy it because it’s not the wall that you stand on with all the macho talk. I’ve had it up to here with that crap. Okay, there’s a guy not far from here.

He likes to give everybody that comes in the hard frisk. You guys know what I’m talking about. You’re handcuffed anyway, but he’s got to be the macho guy.

That’s the face into the wall. The punch is in the kidneys. He starts at your ankles, runs his hands up your legs, and a fist in the crotch.

The hard frisk. Even though you’ve been searched multiple times. And then he’ll give you his speech where I’m going home tonight.

That’s my job to go home every night. He’s been a property sergeant for 17 years. The biggest threat he’s faced is a deer running across the highway in front of him and night when he’s on the way home.

But he’s got the macho talk down. That’s enough. He is part of the problem.

And guess what? If you’re one of the good, honest cops are actually doing the job right by the book the way it’s supposed to be done. And you’re allowing the people all around you to get away with crime, at worst. You are part of the problem.

You’re aiming into betting you’re allowed to continue. If you came forward, you have the most trust. Because you’re right next to where it’s happening.

Now I’m going to run for office again. And I want special whistleblower protections for law enforcement that will come forward. I’m not going to hang you out to drive.

I want job and pension protection for everything you’ve earned. But you need to come forward. If you’re keeping your head down, riding out the clock against your pension.

That’s wrong. You’re a part of it. You’re allowed in to continue and leave it for someone else.

That’s not your job. And to sit there. Day after day.

Watching the dirty cops. Watching the abuse. Watching the corruption.

And then to go out on the street and you ignore it in the office and then come out here and harass people for doing less. Act like you’re all high and mighty because you got somebody on the street with your bosses doing it. You have no moral or legal authority to be out there doing that.

And it must stop. So your little blue lines history has them now. Because it’s a threat to us civilians not to speak up.

Don’t challenge the police. And it’s just as big a threat to you. The honest law enforcement don’t you dare cross that line.

You’re on this side. You know what will happen if you cross the line on that side. The same thin blue line.

It’s no longer a safety zone. It’s a threat for both of us. And it must end.

One little note about the scorpion you down there that beat that young man to death. I am curious who named it scorpion. It’s interesting.

You know scorpion is not a very intimidating animal. You know the more poisonous the smaller they are. Not very intimidating.

But there is an old fable. The lesson of the fable is the frog in the scorpion. Scorpion is things the frog about drowned.

The lesson of the fable is that some people are just prone to violence. So it may be wonder who down there in Memphis named them the scorpions. Were they trying to say that certain people are just violent? Were they set up to fail? Interesting.

Now, I’m doing this very, very seriously now. You want to see my campaign that started now? You can. Because I’m going to run on this.

I saw Democrats and Republicans come out. Especially Republicans. Because I ran as a Republican.

I saw them come out law enforcement. It didn’t matter. They knew dirty stuff was going on.

And we see it constantly. Every week another cop is arrested. Charged.

Something. You want to tell me that’s the first instance? No. He hid behind the thin blue line.

He was perfect up until this guy went crazy. She was doing a great job until she did this. No.

There were signs and he let him go by because that thin blue line. Okay. You’re letting people get away with everything.

Including murder. Because they wear the same suit you do. That’s not law enforcement.

That’s Rico. Okay. Do nothing more than a gang then.

And we have people who, you know, legitimate, legitimate, whatever, or felt that need to, you know, recently, you know, support police. Okay. And like I said, I support honest.

Law-abiding law enforcement. Not to corrupt stuff. So people stood up and said they support law enforcement.

Great. But you have to draw a line now. Now it’s not our fault.

They’re fault. They did it. They’ve been doing it for years.

We have to call them out. Now I can bet you, in Memphis, where this young man was killed. This department fired a police.

Everything like that. They got a big black eye for that. For that happened.

They should. They should get a lot more than that. But you can bet in about six, seven months when it dies down.

That department is going to be asking for more funding. It happens a lot. Up here in Baltimore.

Other states. Officers arrested. Big scandal.

And then they’ll say, well, we didn’t have enough money for the proper training. Yes, they screwed up yesterday. Committed crimes.

But we need to get more funding. Excuse me. They’ll use it to their own advantage.

That’s coming. See, I get an office. I’ll be proposing other things.

You want funding? Then you will certify to me that your department is free of corruption. But you’ve done everything you possibly can to stop it. And then, with your officers or officers or deputies or whoever, our cult doing this, I will severely cut your funding.

Because you either lied or you don’t know what the hell’s going on in your department. Now, recently with all the support to police stuff, we’ve had defund to police. Well, you can’t do that without a solution on the other end.

It didn’t work in many places. It didn’t work really anywhere. You do need some type of police, but they need to be well-trained and honest.

That’s fine. But we don’t have that now. Are there something? Yes, like I said.

But the obvious one’s out there. If you’re pissed off at this little message, I don’t care. You’re allowing it to continue.

You. I’m not standing next to it every day. You are.

You’re the one turning your head. You’re the one with the stiff neck of turning your head so much. Not me.

You don’t like my message? Blame them because that’s who’s doing it. And look in the mirror because that’s who’s allowing it to continue. I’m going to break these little blue in the line.

You don’t think I can, but I can. I’m going to. Now, on the other side of the spectrum, you’ve got people who just blindly, you know, I support law enforcement.

I don’t care what one of those corrupt departments in the nation. I support them because you want that handshake and that check for your campaign. You want to write police endorsed on top of your campaign sign.

I saw it. I read for office. I saw it.

No, it’s not. They would fight to get a police endorsement. And yet knowing what’s going on.

That we have the problem where people say, well, the police are doing what they can. But as soon as they arrest someone, these prosecutors let them go. Okay.

I’ve seen that. But let’s look at the entire scenario, shall we? Somebody gets arrested, prosecuted, let them go. It looks terrible.

How’s that going to fight crime? How’s that helping a police do their job? Well, look at the whole thing. You have cops that are dirty and known to be dirty. And they arrest someone again.

Or they arrest someone and their work is so poor, their rest are so bad. That gets into prosecutor. And the prosecutor is sitting there.

Let’s take Baltimore for example. The prosecutor is sitting there with a list of hundreds upon hundreds of police officers’ names that do not call. They’re known to be corrupt.

They’re known to be abusive and violent. And they know that they call them any defense attorney is going to bring up their history and you’ll lose the case. So what’s the point? Why prosecute the person? Knowing that there’s a good chance that the cop is so corrupt because you have their name when they do not call this, that the person might not be guilty.

So why would you waste state and city resources and ruin a person’s life even more to put them through that? Would you know the cop is probably dirty? And he’ll never show up because he doesn’t want to be or she doesn’t want to be on the record. We have these do not call lists of corrupt known dirty cops everywhere. So if you were the prosecutor and you saw the same lying dirty cop with a years long history of this, bring somebody in, what are you going to do? Pretend not to see it because that happens.

You go to prosecute and incarcerated innocent person? That damn show happens. We’re going to just say enough. All I can do right now, all I can do in my position is release the person.

And that’s what you do. Now I know about police abuse. Okay.

That’s the reason I’m doing this. I’ve seen the police corruption. Way back.

I’ve had examples of it. And I know all about the police abuse. Everybody could look me up if they want.

I was beaten. I was tortured. Poison.

It’s all documented. Okay. There’s the pain, of course, when you’re being beaten and kicked.

There’s also a shock. There’s also a disbelief in your mind. It’s like these cops, you know.

And it’s still there because it’s ingrained in us as children. I was like, they’re going through cops and they’re doing this. But yes, now with this young man, Tyree Nichols, he passed away from it.

I barely survived my encounter. I lost over half my body weight. I had to have hours upon hours of corrective surgery to repair the damage that was done by these so-called federal agents.

And I have never stopped fighting what they did. And they hide behind that thin blue line. Their departments will stall.

This was years ago. There’s one guy from the abuse I’m talking about. This was years ago.

It’s 2009 and 10. I just went just a few months ago now over a decade later. I’ve been fighting it all along.

I went to the agency representing this guy just a few months ago. And they did the same thing. They were rude.

They were belligerent. They wouldn’t even produce a card. They were nasty.

And they supported him and they hid behind that thin blue line. And if you fight it long enough, if you make any headway, you’ll find out that, hey, statute of limitations will run out. Okay, but they have immunity anyway.

They’re on the stuff. They don’t have immunity. They’ll keep it going.

They’ll delay until too bad. It has no merit for the court because of statute of limitations. They know the game and they’re playing it.

They know how to get away with it. They have a whole pocket full of excuses and tricks so that you can’t win. While we’re going to win, I need help and we’re going to do it together.

But we’re going to break their little blue line. And if it destroys their department, good. You shouldn’t have been there first.

If telling the truth and doing your job professionally is so scary to these officers that they’re worried it’ll destroy the department, then they shouldn’t be there the first place. If having effective oversight and someone to go to when they’re corrupt officers destroys your department, I hope it does. Okay? Because I’m going to break the blue.

I’m going to break your little blue line. There’s an old story, a girl with a green ribbon. A guy made a girl who’s mad in love with her and she always wore a green ribbon around her neck.

I said, you know, whatever. My wonderful life just never untied the ribbon. He just couldn’t do it.

It just bugged him. So he untied the ribbon and her head fell off. That’s what we’re going for here.

I’m going to undo your little ribbon. Your endless threat to civilians and law enforcement alike. And I hope your head falls off because corruption everywhere.

We can tell it’s, I mean, I took the abuse. I had no choice. And they tell me it’s not cops.

It’s not cops in general. It’s just a couple of bad apples. Don’t look at law enforcement like that.

I didn’t. You know, he’s a scumbag. We know that.

But they won’t do anything about it because they want to protect themselves a whole. They won’t clean out their own dirty wounds. That just grows and grows all the way up till now.

I just saw them. And they’re still protected. Even though they admitted he’s dirty, even though other agents have complained about him over the years, he’s still in a job because they protect themselves.

The thin blue line is a threat to us. It is protection for the corrupted. And it’s a threat to the honest cops.

And it has to change. And when I see the stickers, I see the flags everywhere. The thin blue line.

I know what you got it for originally. Okay, I know the original intent, but that’s not what it is. They lied to you.

That line’s a threat. That line is real thin. Get the thinner by the day.

That line is nothing but a razor held at our throats. Your throats. But keep silent and don’t you dare interfere with their corruption.

Well, I’m going to interfere. So I know the difference between an honest sport cop and a dirty deputy with a million dollar muscle car collection. So, you know, you can see it.

It’s there. They’re really bad at hiding it. Okay.

Now I know there’s going to be a lot of law enforcement out there that don’t like me, don’t like the message. I don’t care. I will gleefully destroy your department if it’s that corrupt.

If I have to destroy your entire department, your police force, your sheriff’s department, and we’re left with three honest cops, that’s a good place to start. I’ll destroy everyone of you. I don’t care.

I know you don’t like it. Again, don’t care. And to be brutally honest, no matter how arrogant all you dirty corrupt cops are, none of you were smart enough to hide stuff from me forever.

Okay. It’s not going to happen. You know, I’d like to introduce you to someone.

I wish I could introduce you to them. But I can’t. I will tell you about him, another young man, just as awful, if not more so.

You see, people have been supporting police. And then because one side says we had to do something. We got to defund the police because they see a problem.

The other side says I support them more hardly because it was easy to get support. And they’re throwing more protection at them. It’s not just them who’s lying.

They’re getting all kinds of immunity here, immunity there. They haven’t demonstrated that they can use the protections they already have. Okay.

And then when they mess up, they lie. It is extremely difficult to sit in court and watch a cop get on the stand and lie while he smirks in your face. Okay.

Then they do it. They know it. And those dirty ones like that rely on the others being threatened by the thin blue line.

So I want to introduce you to a young man. This is Harford County, Maryland. And just a few days ago, it’s bad.

I will show you what’s going on. Like I said, I wish I could introduce you to him. But he was killed by law enforcement.

So I can’t. His name is Nathaniel Maurice Powell Jr. He was born 101096. He’s only 26 years old.

I gave you his birthday for a reason. Not just because he’s 26. But he has a little bit of a criminal record, not much.

Mostly traffic. It’s very difficult when you have corrupt cops everywhere, especially being a person of color in Harford County, and it’s very difficult, not in a criminal record. Like I said, he didn’t have much.

Mostly traffic. But about four months ago, he was charged with assault, misdemeanor assault. And what had actually happened was he got into a shouting match with someone.

Someone got scared, called police. Please show it up. And the black guy with the records going to jail.

Oh yeah, it’s Harford County. There was no physical contact. It was just a shouting match.

But because they responded, somebody’s going to jail. You know who it’s going to be. And his case number is C as in cat.

Dash 12 dash CR. Like CR in criminal. Dash 22 dash 0 0 0 5 5 8. One more time.

C dash 12 dash CR. Dash 22 dash 0 0 0 5 5 8. That’s so you can look him up on case search. Keep in mind that his date of birth is 10, 10, 96.

That’s because there’s another gentleman in there with the same name. Now if you look him up, a whole bunch will come up. But a lot of that guy’s stuff was from 94, 95, 96.

That was when this guy was born. Okay, different people. But he was picked up for a misdemeanor assault.

He’s looking at the whole six months. Wow. No one actually hurt.

Just a shouting match. But the sheriff’s department, Harford County Sheriff’s department, picked them up through a minute detention center. And now, if you go to detention center, you’re held in solitary for a week and you’re tested daily for COVID.

After seven days, if you still test negative, then you can be released into a general population. He was there for 11 days. So he went through the whole week and population for four days.

Well, he bonded out. The judge said he could be released. So he’s armed with cognizance.

There was no violence. Okay. So he’d been locked up before.

Like I said, he had a little record here and there. Not a major, okay. He was also 6’3″, almost 6’3″, and 300 pounds.

Okay. So it’s not like he’s getting pushed around much. He’s a big guy.

Okay. So he knows how things work at Harford County. He knows how corrupt they are.

So he doesn’t trust the state’s attorney. There’s an Albert Peasinger at the time. Of course, that’s a prosecutor.

You don’t say anything to them. He didn’t trust his public defender either. This guy knew what the score was.

He knew what it’s like to grow up a person of color in Harford County or Maryland or wherever. So he didn’t say anything, but he had a lot of information. So he waited all this time until he had his actual date of trial.

They had a normal crap, you know, a silent attorney, even the attorneys, you know, pre-trial conferences. So he never said a word. He waited to his actual trial date.

He got up on the stand, got sworn in. As soon as he was sworn in on the record, he started talking. He started laying out information.

And he was talking to all about dirty cops, dirty shares, dirty deputies, cops who were protecting certain drug dealers, arresting the competition. Cops who were locking up boyfriends just so they could spend a night with their girlfriend that night, you know, come back and check on you after I get off work. You know how that goes, officers, don’t you? Yeah, fabricating bullshit, little charges.

So you can lock up some guys. So you can have that night with his girlfriend. Yeah, okay.

Another study, anyway, he put all this on the record. He started talking. The judge stopped him.

He said, okay, stop, stop, stop. Okay, he was naming names everything on the recorded record. The judge said, stop.

This is stuff you should talk to your attorney. But have you discussed this with your attorney? He said, no. He said, this is stuff you can use to help your attorney negotiate.

You know, it shouldn’t be here. This is different. So the judge stopped the trial.

And that’s why he gave you the number, the case number. Did you look it up? You can see all this unfolding. Okay.

The judge stopped the trial, sealed the testimony given that day, and not only sealed it, which is fairly common, but restricted access to it. All right. It was only allowed the judge, the state’s attorney, Albert B. Singer, and the public defender to have access to it.

Now, that’s fairly rare. You know, something’s going on. Amen.
