Good morning. More information has come out regarding Tucker Carlson’s video. Apparently someone at the White House told Axios that, you know, it’s a “nothingburger.” That nobody at the CIA is investigating Tucker. Let me tell you something about all these anonymous tips, sources, and so on. While the CIA certainly is allowed to notify the White House of an investigation of a high-profile figure, The White House, the CIA, and the DOJ are definitely not allowed to tell the subject of the investigation. Anyone who does that is subject to criminal referral for violating the Espionage Act or committing obstruction of justice. They’re just not allowed to do it. So the answer is, we don’t know.
