A comprehensive new report from Israel details the systematic patterns of violence committed by Hamas and its collaborators on October 7th and against hostages in Gaza.

The terror was not random but systematized to inflict maximum mental, spiritual, and physical destruction on the Jewish people.

The new terrorist approach warfare is unflinchingly cruel and personal. It is no different whether you look at Hamas or the IRGC. The reason is that they are one and the same at their core.

This nightmarish report — which you didn’t hear about because Nicholas Kristof was spreading Hamas propaganda dog rape fantasies at the The New York Times — documents widespread, systematic Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).

Key findings include:

  1. Sexual Violence: Documented acts include rape and gang rape against both women and men, sexual torture involving mutilation and burning, and genital mutilation using foreign objects such as nails and tools.
  2. Targeting Personhood: Perpetrators consistently targeted the head, face, and genital areas of female victims in a deliberate effort to disfigure them and “erase their personhood”.
  3. “Kinocidal” Acts: The report introduces the term “Kinocidal sexual acts”—violence strategically inflicted in front of family members to weaponize familial bonds and maximize psychological devastation. This included coercing captives into sexual acts with family members.
  4. Postmortem Desecration: The violence continued after death, documenting postmortem sexual abuse, stripping and displaying bodies in sexually humiliating ways, and mutilation and decapitation, including the documented beheading of a 12-year-old girl.
  5. For those taken hostage to Gaza, the report details treatment including sexual slavery, forced labor, and repeated threats of forced marriage and impregnation.
  6. Furthermore, the commission highlights the use of Digital Terrorism, where perpetrators filmed and livestreamed abuses using victims’ own social media accounts and devices to glorify crimes and terrorize victims’ families in real-time.

The overall toll documented includes the violent kidnapping of at least 41 mothers and 36 children, alongside widespread evidence of victims being bound with zip ties or chains before being executed or burned alive using accelerants.

Acknowledging these specific patterns of violence is critical for international law, forensic documentation, and the pursuit of justice for the survivors and the families of the deceased.
