September 14, 2020—Raphi Stein calls the police. Adeena Kohn took the children’s passports and gave them to her mother Rivka to put in a safe deposit box.
September 26, 2021—Raphi emails Adeena to say “worked on our (divorce) paperwork” saying he put down “4 or 14 days.” In Canada you can do a joint application with an agreement attached. Adeena did not answer.
October 4, 2021—Adeena filed for divorce in Monsey, NY seeking full custody.
October 5, 2021–Raphi moves out.
January 2022–Raphi goes to pick up his kids. Rivka won’t let him in claiming it’s not his visitation time. Discovers they locked him out.
