Many people who jump in on the Kohn v Stein case say the same thing. “I don’t know the details so I won’t comment.” But the answer is in the details. If you don’t know the story, don’t call the husband an abuser, which is exactly what Adina Sash does.

Similarly, if one doesn’t know much about Sash or her methods, why defend her? Would anyone defend her if she said to break Shabbos or eat pork in protest? How far is too far?

People should watch Sash’s Zev Brenner appearance of May 24, 2026.

She is entirely against the concept of Jewish marriage. She doesn’t say to enter into common-law arrangements. She says to marry non-Jews. She sells adultery services. That is a pervert not a feminist. I don’t know what her problem is. She is a fraud and she openly says she wants to make girls irreligious. That is Shabsai Tzvi territory.

Here’s something else I genuinely don’t understand: If there are so many examples…if Sash is operating such a wide-ranging advocacy business with so many clients and supporters…why does she bring up two bad examples over and over again? It does remind me of Hamas propaganda. They say Israel is killing babies, but all they produce is Pallywood.

Many who deal with Gett issues have seen a lot of frum creeps in their time and their view of any enterprise concerning “men’s rights” is quite skeptical at best. I am sure if I were in their shoes I would feel the same way. My research on rabbinic pedophilia puts me in that camp in fact.

But I am also 100% sure they would defend an innocent person knowing they were being targeted.

And that they are not opposed to Halacha.

You don’t save women by targeting all men. Just like you don’t end racism by discriminating against White people. This should be basic stuff, but unfortunately it seems like the fear of enabling abusers prevents many individuals from using basic common sense.

The Batei Din can use nullification to end a marriage without recourse to the Gett. If a man or woman is behaving in a manner which displays mental illness (eg abuse) they were never competent to enter into marriage in the first place. There is too much reluctance to use this option
