Adeena Kohn’s Mother Consulted Divorce Lawyer While Daughter Temporarily Insane; Halachic Implications

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Adeena Kohn was temporarily insane (postpartum psychosis) when her mother Rivka consulted a divorce lawyer on her behalf. ANY BEIS DIN WOULD WITHHOLD A GET UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. The BD must affirmatively investigate whether Adeena is being held prisoner by her mother or anyone else, mentally, financially, or both.
