July 17, 2026–Okay everybody, I’m going to try to catch you up on the events of just last night. If what I share is inadequate, please forgive me.

So apparently our vice president called 94 million Iranians who have been suffering under a tyrannical regime—okay, getting kidnapped, murdered, raped, tortured at will—apparently those people are the terrorists. I cannot figure out if Vance is just doing a gigantic psyop on behalf of President Trump, and I will tell you why.

The Vance-Trump Dynamic

Apparently the United States is attacking Iran pretty hard—the regime. I’m going to go ahead and guess that our vice president is doing exactly that on the basis that:

• Number one: He’s not doing anything without the president knowing, directing, approving, and so on.
• Number two: The president is known for using people for their strengths. That’s how he wins negotiations, and he actually said something like that about the vice president. He said, “Oh, you know, with the Iran MOU, oh, we’ll just send JD. So if it doesn’t work out, I’ll blame him.” Like, the president is very calculated.

Anybody who says that he sort of doesn’t know what is going on and he’s insulated from reality, those people are off the wall insane. The president knows very well what he’s doing.

So then the question comes up, okay, if JD is like the carpet fire, and honestly, even if he is, he’s not good on camera. He’s just not good in these appearances. I don’t know if he needs more media training or what it is. He’s very unlikable. He comes across as very dishonest. Maybe that’s a fundamental thing. Certainly he’s been all over the map politically. I don’t know what it is, but he’s not doing anything without President Trump behind him.

Media Narratives vs. Realities

The other thing is that it came out—this commentator, and I’m going to mispronounce his name, I’m sorry, Ahmed Fuad Al-Khatib—this poll, which says that 44% of Muslims support Hamas, and it’s probably even more. He says on LinkedIn, it’s based on indoctrination, but privately, they tell him that they are coerced.

I think what all of this should say to us is that there’s a lot going on all the time that we are not aware of, and yet we form opinions based on what we see in the news and on social media. For example, I get tons of comments all the time about, you know, how can I be out here supporting Israel when Israel is genociding the Palestinians? It’s just like, oh my God, do I have to say over and over again what the facts are? Apparently I do. People get a lot of fake news. And they still believe that fake news.

And so the president is working around the situation, right? He has Vance going out and sort of placating the Groypers, the people who think, you know, that we shouldn’t be involved with Israel at all. Meantime, there’s tremendous involvement in neutralizing Iran, which is enemy number one of the United States. It has nothing to do with babying Israel or Israel controlling the United States. It actually has to do with them being a serious mortal threat, which they keep repeating over and over.

The Strategic Threat of Iran

And I want to add that even beyond the direct threat, there is the indirect threat of enemies—okay, foreign and domestic—using foreign enemies to launch attacks on the United States. In other words, the more of these beachheads that there are, they’re like sinkholes. Whether it’s Iran, whether it’s North Korea, you sort of leave them out there. And then you have these countries and these entities that can do these deniable attacks against the United States, and pretend that it’s that country doing it. So you really want to eliminate the excuse that is out there and existing against the United States. It’s very, very important strategically, from a national security point of view.

U.S.-Israel Relations and the Thomas Massie Bill

Okay, which brings us to the last thing. So there was a vote. So Thomas Massie, member of Congress, introduces this measure to strip the foreign aid to Israel. Now, a huge percentage of Democrats voted in favor of that measure. When you look at it, it actually turns the relationship between the US and Israel into a very transactional one. So instead of being like an intelligence partnership, where Israel is subsidized to buy American military goods, and so on and so forth, it becomes that Israel literally has to pay them, and they have to pay Israel.

And you can sort of see the isolationist logic in that—I’m not saying there’s no logic. The problem is, is that each country provides intangible value to the other:

• The United States provides a kind of big brother, intangible value to Israel, right? When the United States is behind Israel, it says to the world, do not mess with Israel, we’ve got her back.
• And Israel provides an intangible value, which can be monetized to the United States, of an incredible quality and quantity of intelligence.

Okay, intelligence is what makes everything else possible militarily. So if you try to turn a partnership into a transactional commercial relationship, it will actually be impossible to figure out how to compensate one side and the other side.

So that is the strategic reason why an aid bill is a very good mechanism for maintaining the intangible back and forth between two countries who are very, very strong allies.

The Hijacking of the Democratic Party

But one thing cannot be denied. One thing is not a psyop. And that is that the Democratic Party has been dragged to the left; it has been hijacked and taken over to the left. And the Democratic lawmakers are responding to that hijacking by caving in. If you are a Democrat, and you believe in the Democratic Party’s ideals, and you do not speak up on this, what is going to happen is a million Mamdanis, a million DSAs, a million communists in the halls of power—you are going to have Islamists uniting with these DSAniks, these socialists, these communists.

This is a very serious thing. Because the leftists ally with the Islamists, because they think that it will strengthen their base, and they will somehow emerge unscathed. And what they aren’t getting is that that strategy never works.

You see, a Muslim and an Islamist, these are two completely different things:

• A Muslim practices their religion, and doesn’t try to impose it on the whole world. And yes, I have read some of the Quran, I get the idea, they think everyone should be Muslim. They don’t try to impose it on the whole world, even though they think it might be the ideal.
• The Islamist doesn’t stop until they impose it on the whole world. Whatever nice behavior they’re doing to your face, it doesn’t hinder their operations on a daily basis. Whether they look like healthcare workers, journalists, policymakers, whatever they are, an Islamist is fundamentally a terrorist. They will stop at nothing. They respect no international law. The only thing that they care about is fighting, is jihad, to make the world into their version of radical extremist Islam.

And it’s corrupt as well. And that is—well, just look at the leaders of Hamas, that they’re billionaires, right? They’re not helping the people.

The Importance of Clear-Minded Strategy

And this is why it is absolutely urgent to be clear-minded. Whatever political party you inhabit, whatever your ideology is, know to separate between real news and fake news. Think strategically about the implications of the political positions that you take, and understand the alliances that are being taken in a temporary way by people you may support, that may long-term have the worst adverse impact on our freedom and cause us to have to enter into a really bad time of history that won’t leave anybody unaffected. Nobody would escape it.
