Good morning! What are we fighting for? Why are people out here trying to alert the world to the problems that are coming at us that we may not be seeing? It is because there are some very determined bad people who want to take all the resources of the world and hoard them for themselves.

Freedom comes when we share and when we worship God together. When we have faith in God and we know that He controls all things, we are more likely to collaborate to make sure that everyone is taken care of.

I want to read to you a verse from Isaiah which encapsulates this. The verse is—and I want to read the English translation exactly—Isaiah 66:23: “From one new moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh shall come to worship before me, says the Lord.”

Now, this is the Jewish Torah. Okay? It doesn’t say “the future belongs to the Jews.” It doesn’t say “the future belongs to any other faith.” The future belongs to all the people who come together to worship God.

What is happening is that advances in technology are making both productive and destructive capabilities possible: productive in the sense that we will soon be able to manufacture everything we need pretty quickly and easily without manual intervention (the robots are going to do it), and destructively because those same technologies can blast holes in the world and destroy millions and billions of people with the touch of a finger. In the hands of tyrants, they won’t hesitate to do it.

What’s most important is that we gather together, we have faith in God, and we do what is necessary to open up freedom, and to marginalize and eliminate from the conversation people who want to hoard the resources for themselves. That doesn’t mean we don’t have healthy competition. That doesn’t mean communism. It means we get rid of tyrants—tyrants, people who make a lot of excuses, but who are truly bad actors.
