The truth is that the Cornell case is going to be very hard to prosecute because it’s going to turn on memory. The memory of people who were not only drunk but drugged up on ketamine. And so getting beyond a reasonable doubt is going to be a challenge unless one of the guys turns on his fraternity brothers. But what’s interesting is that there is just such an extensive media focus on this, but a near total lack of the same media interest in child sex trafficking, heinous trafficking. It’s almost like they want you to look here, but not there.
