Lonna Kin was free as a bird in 2008. But she ignored the notification from the Beis Din for seven full years.

When she finally called the rabbi, he told her to stop bothering and harassing her ex. Her answer was to do nothing and call again three years later. This is who Adina Sash aka FlatbushGirl puts forward as a victim.

Then, continuing her descent into grossly obscene behavior in the name of activism (hello Shabsai Tzvi), Sash exploits one of her uneducated followers who suggests that Kin probably has to perform a sexual act on the rabbi first.

Look at the difference between the act FG puts on, a kind of prissy Bais Yaakkov image, and the reality of her words and her communications with fans.

Total fraud, total apikorais, totally deserves to be excommunicated for intentionally leading other Jews to sin en masse.

To: Mrs. Lonna Kin

This Bais Din has notified you on November 10, 2008 informing you that your husband Mr. Meir Kin has deposited a GET on your behalf on March 10, 2008.

You chose to ignore the notification for a period of 7 years until you called me on 8/18/2015 for the first time. At that time you were informed that Halocho dictates that you must arrange:

(1) All seiruvim to be voided unconditionally, (as Meir has been all along compliant with Halocho and was following Bais Din’s directives which is his right, all the Seiruvim on him is ‘hotza’as shem ra’ [spreading a bad name – DB] and unjustified).

(2) Arrange that your husband be allowed into all shuls with all privileges without any conditions attached.

(3) All forms of public shaming on your husband via any publications, internet, videos, letters, blogs, social media etc. must also be unconditionally removed prior to negotiating the delivery of your GET.

Your neglect to follow through have delayed the delivery of your GET as the Bais Din cannot negotiate a GET until those steps are completed.

We have not heard from you a period of 3 more years until 7/3/2018 when you once again called me and asked again what conditions are needed prior to negotiating a GET. I reiterated that Halocho has not changed and all the requirements remain the same. An Agunah is not a woman who chooses to ignore the Halocho requirements outlined by a Bais Din. If outside elements are preventing you from fulfilling these Halachic requirements, then they are the ones who are causing you to be an Aguna.
