Fauci, the Worst of Bureaucracy

During COVID, Americans were confronted with a sea of bureaucrats, faceless, nameless, all telling them what they had to do, how they had to do it, when they had to do it, and threatening them with ever increasing consequences for failure to comply.

Yesterday, we saw the head bureaucrat, Fauci, testifying in Congress, but not really testifying, simply pleading the fifth, which he wasn’t even entitled to do, since he had already been pardoned.

This contempt for the American people and the process of basic justice and accountability is shocking.

We need to learn the lesson that this can never happen again where one person exercises so much power in a way that is totally unaccountable to the American people for all the damage that they have caused.

I think for the first time we all saw right in front of our faces the contempt that this man has, the arrogance that this man has, and as a nation we were all shell-shocked, and rightly so.
