1. Abuse began at 3 months old: her psyche shattered through Navy-run American MK Ultra, creating dissociative “alters” to make her a “perfect slave.”
2. Placed with the Outlaw family, “breeders” and “surrogates” who moved children between households as “placeholders.”
3. Riverside County CPS was a “cash cow” pipeline: trafficked out of state and internationally through 19 foster homes and 19 high schools, until her June 6, 2014 adoption.
4. Jerome, named as an abuser: claimed secret government work, MK Ultra programmer and “stitcher” whose wife, a school and daycare worker, gave him children including her own. Eddie, named with him: the two brutalized and programmed her.
5. Two unnamed 50-year-old men raped her in Riverside; detectives dismissed it despite photos and a rape kit. A pimp cracked her ribs. Another pimp, a woman married to a doctor, entered her hospital room in scrubs to inject her IV.
6. Auctioned to buyers in Russia; she ran, believing she would be killed. CPS supervisor Sunny Minnesorelli threatened to send her to Arizona, a major trafficking hub, if she ran again.
7. Poisoned after refusing a pimp: 276 pounds to under 100 in under six months, a feeding tube, near death. Described in a January 2021 interview; the year is not given.
8. Diddy abused her at 15, she says; she was dropped from his RICO witness list. July 2022: she claimed DNA evidence implicating Obama and Biden. She cites Epstein “ledgers” and emails about a “party with a dozen beautiful one-year-olds” as evidence of “baby farms,” and links Ghislaine Maxwell to it.
9. She says her memoir was submitted to Amazon for review, was cleared, then her account was abruptly terminated and the book removed, with her children’s book. Since 2014 she reports break-ins, stalking, fake delivery notes, sabotaged vehicles, threats, bugged teddy bears, traffic stops. The FBI ignores her evidence and prosecutors drop her from witness lists, she says.
10. She calls herself a “prisoner of war on American soil”: the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and local law enforcement are one operation sitting on the Epstein files and abuse videos for decades, she alleges. She claims a “virtual walk to Congress,” gave her “3rd Address to Congress” on September 6, 2026, and offers to testify under oath. Congress took recess, she says.
