Ally Carter, Alleged MK-Ultra Survivor: Trace It Back to the Holocaust

I want to talk a little bit about Ally Carter, who many of you know, hopefully, as a trafficking survivor who has been sort of on the run publicly for six years, and a lot of us have been following her journey. Her life has clearly been in serious danger pretty frequently, and her book, Encrypted Allyson, which she wrote with her adoptive mother, Shelly Carter, was cleared for release by Amazon, then it was pulled, and then after an outcry, it was restored. So I have just begun to read this book closely, and it absolutely brings tears to my eyes what Ally has been through.

But one statement that she said in one of her alter states, because she has dissociative identity disorder from the trauma, quote, I was made to serve my country, and that is a very odd quote, that is very odd. One would expect her to say, I was made to serve my, maybe my handler, you know, I was made to serve the system, you know, I am nothing. Whatever statement she might be programmed to say, why would Ally, in one of her alters, in her alter personality, say, I was made to serve my country.

That is such a deeply frightening statement. If what she remembers is correct, it ties in to MK Ultra in a very obvious way. The victims who have come forward and who have written books, have and who have spoken and who they’re out on video, you can see them.

There is a repeated claim that they were used not just for sex, but for other things as intelligence operatives to convey messages, and that the purpose of splitting the mind through sexual trauma at an early age with this kind of satanic wrapper is that whatever they do, they cannot, not only they can’t remember, they are programmed like a computer, and Ally literally says this. You know, her mind is a hard drive. She was programmed.

They have scripts. So if you think about artificial intelligence, right, AI, computer coding, okay, the operatives who program the minds of MK Ultra victims install, they install scripts in their brains, almost like there could be a self-destruct script. There could be a controlled opposition script.

And for me as someone who is researching this, what is challenging is that it is so difficult to find outside verification of what I hear over and over again. Another thing that is challenging is that the victims themselves are messed up people. They are not like oh, so glamorous and they got over it.

They don’t get over it. I mean, they’re the equivalent in my mind of Holocaust victims. And I don’t say that lightly.

And then the third thing is obviously if what they’re saying is true, then they’re saying things that invoke state secrets, right? Because I mean, if the United States government trafficked its own children for intelligence purposes, forget attacking anybody else for invading our country. What kind of treason and subversion is that? And so there is definitely not going to be a conversation about it in the open very easily. So the fact that Ally and Shelly survived everything they’ve survived to get this book out there is amazing. Please note I’m not paid or compensated for sharing it. I don’t have any interest in saying that this book is important.

The fact that they survived is a complete miracle. And I really hope that real people—not people with an interest in covering up the truth, controlled opposition, gatekeepers and all that—will take the time to learn more.

There is a lot of literature on MK-Ultra and related matters. And I’ll just share this before I go. I’ll share two things.

One is related to the author, Doug Valentine, who wrote a lot about the CIA. And in his book, The CIA as Organized Crime, he says that they don’t leave any footprint.

So if that’s true of the CIA, it’s going to be true of every other intelligence agency. It’s not the province of one intelligence agency.

Itmay not be an official thing, it maybe an unofficial thing. It may be a stovepipe thing. It may be something done without permission. The point is there is no footprint. There will always be someone else out front. That’s extremely important.

The second thing I want to bring up is that Stephen Kinzer in his book, Poisoner in Chief, talks about the fact that at the end of World War II, the United States took the technology of the Germans that they used in the Holocaust. The Germans did not. The Germans wanted nothing to do with it, but the Americans made this difficult choice to take the technology of the Germans and the Japanese because they felt they needed to know everything to prevent another World War II.

So who knows if when they brought over the German scientists in Operation Paperclip, MK-Ultra techniques figured into their choices as well. And it got way out of control.

We know that the CIA destroyed records of these operations probably because they were so sensitive and so damning and so damaging.

To end off, you know, the Americans and the Russians after World War II mass-raped the German women. I don’t know if a lot of you know this. There were mass rapes in Vietnam, in Korea, in Afghanistan as well. The importance of noting this is to acknowledge that America is not a perfect country by any means. But what makes us a great country is that we have the freedom of speech to look into what has happened. And we have a sense of a moral duty about it.

This is a Christian country, and this is very much a Christian ethic, as well as a Jewish one, to be forthright and to say, we did things wrong and we need to make things better.

From the perspective of the Muslim community—and Muslim women were raped by American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq—I think when they look at Americans lecturing them about morality and ethics and not taking responsibility for the heinous things that we have done, it’s a little bit hard to stomach.

I hope that people read this book and consider it.
