Good morning! Today, I want to talk to you about what’s going on in France and offer some analysis, opinion, and hypotheses.
If you look at social media right now, you’re hit with a flood of images showing France burning. We see a young French woman pleading with rioters, saying, “Stop, this is not what we stand for,” only to be pushed aside by masked individuals whose identities are hidden. We see a man asking people to stop the destruction, and he gets called a racist for it. We see synagogues ransacked while mosques remain untouched. These are things that are factual and well-documented. We also see elderly men and woman dazed on the street, stripped down to their underwear amidst total chaos, and buildings on fire toppling over.
Now, I can’t believe that Emmanuel Macron doesn’t see all this. He’s at home, watching it live. Isn’t he telling someone to go stop the riots and clean it up? Isn’t this a massive PR disaster at the very least? In any normal situation, you’d have the police and the military cracking down hard, not with a token response, but with a solid message to go home, backed by real arrests and real enforcement.
It reminds me of COVID. During the COVID regime, if you so much as stepped outside your door when you weren’t supposed to, or didn’t wear a mask, the social and legal consequences were enormous. People across Europe were getting arrested left and right. So it clearly can be done, which begs the question: why wasn’t it done here?
My belief is that there was some intervening factor. Basic logic tells you that someone told Macron to back off.
Spontaneous Chaos or a “Nudge”?
That brings up another question: why were people so out of control? Were they organically out of control, or did somebody light a spark in a pre-existing flame and turn it into a forest fire?
The United States has a long, long history of conducting PSYOPs overseas. And one could argue those tactics have been deployed domestically, too—like all those Antifa riots during President Trump’s first term that magically stopped happening, or the pro-Palestinian encampments that seemed to magically start and stop. How do these things happen so seamlessly?
Were there people embedded among the French protesters pushing a little and agitating a little? I’m reminded of an interview James O’Keefe (or one of his journalists) did with a CIA contractor. In those undercover dates, guys tend to brag, and the contractor said something telling: “We don’t do it. We just give a little nudge.”
Did somebody give France a nudge? And what would the purpose of be?
Well, Emmanuel Macron has very publicly shamed, disrespected, and attacked President Trump. Is Trump going to openly kick back at him? Probably not, that’s beneath the office. But does it undermine Macron if he’s got all this chaos going on with his hands tied behind his back? Oh, yeah. He looks terrible, and people are making endless fun of him. Am I saying Trump directly gave an order? Absolutely not. But is it plausible that a “nudge” was given to achieve a strategic foreign policy objective of undermining a leader who was undermining the U.S. in world opinion? For sure.
History, Media, and Modern AI
Let’s look back at history. The U.S. has a long history of interfering with and destabilizing other countries, from PSYOPs against the Nazis to using propaganda to sell World War One. Edward Bernays, the mastermind of that propaganda and the nephew of Sigmund Freud, essentially perfected public relations, turning it into psychoanalysis on speed. Later, intelligence figure Michael Aquino—Satanist and alleged pedophile—wrote the influential book MindWar all about these exact tactics.
Today, that information war has shifted into artificial intelligence. A silent, secret war is happening inside the LLMs, the large language models like Grok, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. What do these machines spit back as truth? They spit back news articles written by biased people tied to the legacy Mockingbird Media, a term originally coined by the CIA during Operation Mockingbird.
As you watch public events unfold on X, Facebook, or anywhere else online, don’t just look at the news at face value. Think about who might be engineering it, what purpose they have for influencing public opinion, and how it serves their agenda, whether it’s our side, the other side, the U.S., or another country entirely.
I’m sure you’re aware of this game; I’m just calling it out as it relates to France. I don’t believe anything is truly random. The more questions we ask and the more aware we are, the less likely our information environment is to be polluted by fake news, fake analysis, and fake thinking.
