If I’m having a party and you come to my house and you’re already drunk and you offer me $10, okay? And I say, well, this friend of mine is really drunk. Maybe I can get $100. And I say, here, have some more, have some more liquor, do some shots.
And then I say, what do you think about giving me $100? How about $1,000? I say, tap some ketamine now, okay? And I keep prompting them and prompting them and prompting them and they’re in the room and they’re sort of woozy and out of it. Is that consent? Obviously, it is not consent. But unfortunately, there are still people on social media who don’t seem to get that.
They don’t seem to get that if you push someone to a point where they’re out of their minds on drugs, they’re no longer capable of consent. And your intention is to take something from them. We now have information from the Jane Doe’s original statement, okay? So this is not her civil lawsuit statement.
This is the statement that she gave to the police the first time around in writing. She says that when she saw additional guys coming into the room, she ran and hid under the covers. Okay, this isn’t someone who’s consenting.
She says that she took the ketamine at that point so that they would be charged or they could be charged with rape. That is not someone consenting. That is someone who has enough consent level thinking to say to themselves, they may get away with it now, but I want them to be accountable later on.
Is it poor judgment to go to a fraternity party drunk out of your mind with these guys? Absolutely. Were they right to take advantage of her? Absolutely not. Does the circumstantial evidence and her statement and their Snapchat point to a crime of gang rape? I think it really does.
It says in the Snapchat, is the shop open, free pee upstairs, right? She’s the one who’s upstairs. They swarm in. She hides, so to speak.
She’s not really hiding. Then she realizes she’s in big trouble. So she accepts the drugs because she wants them to be charged.
Folks, this isn’t a hard one. This is very, very straightforward. I look forward to justice.
